Meeting interesting people

Last Saturday rocked! Long time no having so much fun.

The whole two BBY classes went together and had great fun at Element Fresh, Portman Hotel, Nanjing West Road. To my surprise, the price is pretty normal, not like other five star hotels. After the talking, we went to ZaoZiShu. Well, Donkey seems like a vegetarian now, and everybody voted for that idea. Sigh... That's the punishment for me, a meat person. :o)

The best thing happened in the evening. We went to a bar near NanJing West Road around 7:30pm. Yep, that early! But the whole bunch of people just made the empty bar crazy. I never felt table football is so damn cool. XuLan and I kept the winning going on and on... I am a fantastic goal keeper!

Alcohol is the best thing. It's a great way to fire up everybody and be true to others. A very outgoing person Chris was definitely the star, and I was astonished to meet such an intersting person.

He works at HSBC as a private banker, who always hangs around with those billionaires. He has changed five jobs, and he is just my age, 25. He told us that he oathed not to get married in his life, because the huge $$ gap -- his uncle owns a whole mountain in Switzerland -- between his fater and uncle. And the gap was due to family reason. For this reason, he had 17 gf in his colleges! 17, my God!

His determination for money is so strong, I can smell it miles away. I think this is what I lack -- determination. But that normal, a strong determination always had piles of stories foundation. That's what I need to do, before 30, try as much as I can, to find what I am on the earth for.

On my way back home, Donkey's friend, who gave up a promising job and became an entrepreneur weeks ago, gave me a ride. I listened lots of talk of the business he was going to do. And success was sparkle in his eyes... yes, that's the spirit, what I want to do someday. Either go back to my family business or start my own, the feeling of working for myself sounds right.

Yesterday was ShiWu in China. I went to ZZ's house for dinner. I ate so much, but her parents and grandpa still pushed me to eat. Sigh, my stomach was even bigger than my belly after dinner... (I should also work on my belly...)

Well, hanging out with similar people is nice, but talking with people from other world definitely broaden my horizon. I always states that I am open-minded, and I just need to be opener-minded now.
